The Future Tern Program is Tiryaki Agro’s long-term internship program, offering young talents the opportunity to experience professional business life.
Designed for 4th-year university students, this program offers participants more than just an internship—it provides a chance to closely explore the corporate world and make a strong start to their careers.
The program aims to prepare future professionals for business life by introducing them to Tiryaki’s work culture and values. Throughout the program, participants actively contribute to real business processes in Head Office departments and gain professional experience.
